    Hej Brian
    Vil man kunne sætte et ovnfast fad ind på bagestålet og bage focaccia i denne, så man ikke får olie i ovnen?

      I princippet ja, men det skal nok være en ovnfast fad af stål eller aluminium, da glas og keramik godt kan revne når det kolde fad møder det brændvarme stål :-(.
